Can you fix my computer remotely?

Software problems often can be, over the internet, while you watch. Hardware faults need the machine on our bench.

Will an SSD make my old laptop faster?

In most cases, yes. Swapping a hard drive for an SSD is usually the upgrade that changes start-up and loading times the most. If your machine will not benefit, we will tell you before you spend anything.

Do you set up office networks?

Yes. Wi-Fi, routers, cabling and wired networks, tested before we leave.
